The partners in the Consortium will continue to design and implement an educational system built upon inter-institutional collaboration that encompasses teaching, research and outreach programs to enhance the effectiveness of the food system.  There will be significant and sustained interaction between a broad spectrum of food system members and educational institutions.  Educational partners share personnel, research and outreach resources to address the collective needs of the region.
